Hello and welcome to Ling Piling Ltd
Based in the MIdlands, we specialise in piling services - with or without foundations - for new build homes, extensions and commercial buildings, working with self builders, house builders and contractors.
We are the sister company of Ling Homes Ltd where we build new homes for sale. After many years of using 3rd party contractors to carry out our piling needs, we decided it was time to invest in our people and our plant, creating Ling Piling Ltd. Our team are local, experienced ground workers, fully trained and insured. Our plant is our own Cobra D500 machine.
What We Do
We work with our customers to provide a cost effective, efficient, piled foundation that will meet the requirements of building control and warranty providers.
Our Cobra D500 has been meticulously engineered and is the ideal mini rig for piling in wet, soft or 'made' ground conditions with steel casings. This rig is equipped with an industry leading Pull Master PL5 winch, which has been specifically designed to withstand tough working environments and has a winch capacity of 750kg.
Our Cobra is great for restricted access sites with Min Width: 810mm | Max Width: 1656mm |
Max Height: 4256mm.
Home Extensions
Often, it is only when foundation excavation begins that the need for piled foundations is identified. Please get in touch, so we can talk through what is required. We promise to quote within two working days. If you are happy with our quote, we will agree a date for works to begin and let you know our estimated completion date.
Often, piling for extensions only takes a couple of days. Before we arrive to undertake the work, we will carry out a site visit so that everyone is prepared for the piling to be carried out quickly and safely - and so building work can continue as soon as we have left.
New Build Homes and Commercial Property
A ground report has usually highlighted the need for piling in advance of site start. We can plan the work required to meet your build programme.
